Temple P-Day

This week was super duper great as usual!.
We had our p day today (tuesday) because we were blessed with a temple session this transfer!. Have I told you a billion times of how grateful I am to be assigned in a mission that has a temple? It's truly a timely blessing, because even though this week has been super great, it's been a hard week as well. Our investigator Morriel is supposed to be interviewed for baptism this Saturday, but it's been two weeks since we've last taught him, since he's come to church, and his lessons keep getting rescheduled last-minute...we have been on our knees praying for him so hard but it looks like we will have to wait. I know with all my heart that it will work out as we do our best :) I guess it wouldn't really be missionary work if it was easy right haha?
But anyway as we were in the temple I was reading in Doctrine and Covenants and I turned to some verses that were just perfect.  "Do not run faster or labor more than you have strength and means provided... but be diligent unto the end... Pray always, that you may come off conqueror; yea, that you may conquer Satan" (in doctrine and covenants section 10). It was such a comfort to me and came right when I needed it :) I don't know when Morriel will get baptized but as we do our best it will turn out as it should! Satan is real but of course we can conquer him!
I exchanged with sister Oyco from Bacolod. She's in her second transfer and she's awesome! We went to a ward family home evening and we got asked to give a lesson on the spot and she came up with it all right then and there! She's great :)
It's been super duper hot...and then super duper rainy....and then hot again...and now it's raining  haha the weather can't make up it's mind. It was super fun coming home to a medyo flooded apartment last night (medyo lang haha). But really everything is fine.
I've decided that talking to people on jeepneys is my favorite place to talk to people haha. We will start up a conversation with the person next to us or the person across from us and immediately every will look at us and listen in. Maybe it's partially because they are curious about the foreigner speaking Tagalog but I like to think it's because we have a super amazing message to share haha :) Anyway it's a super great way to get a lot of contacts!
That's all for this week. Sorry for the lack of pics I forgot my card reader. :)
