Maligayang Paskol!

Magandang Umaga ulit ang pamilya ko! :)
It's Christmas! I am so very excited to see your beautiful faces on skype this upcoming week!
This week has been really great. This family we are teaching, that were former investigators before, came to church yesterday and we are soo excited! Sister Annaline (the mom) was so involved in all the classes. We are praying and working towards their family to be baptized in February pa because of some word of wisdom things, but really their faith and their excitement to follow the Savior and to be baptized is so so great!
We had exchanges with the Manila MTC missionaries again last Saturday. I got paired with a sister from Fiji, and it was so so fun! She is serving in a place where they speak a different dialect (Cebu East mission), so basically what happened was she spoke english and I translated it into Tagalog haha. It was so fun. I was really praying for a great first proselyting experience for this sister, and the very first person we talked to, was a lady who was sitting outside her house smoking. We started talking to her about the gospel and immediately she started crying. She opened up to us right away all of her problems, all of her hopes and wishes for her family, and we shared with her about the plan of salvation, and about how the gospel can help her, and she told us to please come back and teach her. Like it was one of those experiences that we just want to have every second of every day haha. The sister from the MTC was like "is this what it's always like?". It was so amazing. For the all the time I have been here serving on my mission is still amazes me that we can start conversations with complete strangers, and have those kind of experiences. Heavenly Father really has a plan for all of His children, and I am grateful to be put in the paths of those ready to learn about the restored Gospel. :)
Our missionary choir also sang at Eastwood, which is this city within the city where a whole bunch of famous people live haha. It was really loud and it rained and you couldn't hear us very well but it was really fun! Me and sister Petallar got to sing a Away in a Manger duet together so that was great :) Honestly my companion sounds like Beyonce when she sings haha she's really awesome.
That's all for this week!
Maligayang Paskol! Merry Christmas!
